Virginia Support Groups
Our groups meet virtually weekly. Our groups are run by peers and professionals who assist, encourage and empower each other in helping themselves. Our groups are a safe space for people to meet weekly, to share, gain tools and knowledge and to support others moving through mental health challenges.

Employment Strategies and Readiness Support Group
Employment Strategies & Readiness Group supports individuals with mental health conditions who are unemployed and want to work or are working and are experiencing challenges in the workplace. The focus will be on supporting and encouraging each other, developing new coping skills to manage stress, and learning about helpful workplace accommodations to build our resilience and confidence.
